Public visitation for Lt. Allan will be on Friday, August 4 from 3 to 7 pm EDT at Crown Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 700 West 38th Street in Indianapolis. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 5 at 11 am EDT at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, 125 South Pennsylvania Street in Indianapolis followed by burial at the cemetery.
